Whenever we have a need for staff, our orders are followed up very quickly, very seldom have you been unable to supply staff and the caliber of your RN employees is great. They all seem to have excellent clinical skills, are team players, and it is reassuring to be able to leave them in charge of our site. We also do not have the cancellation that seems to happen frequently with other providers so that is a huge worry taken off managers shoulders. Keep up the good work.

We have always found Care Direct to be responsive to our needs. They react promptly to our requests and have a clear system, which the nursing team find easy to use. We have been particularly pleased with the level of personal service we have received from Care Direct, which is one of the reasons why we have a strong professional relationship with them.
